Our commercial neoprene sheeting is a 70° Shore, general use material that provides a cost efficient alternative to our premium grade materials. Despite being a lower cost alternative, our commercial grade neoprene still provides many of the physical properties found in our higher grade materials. This material is suitable for use in light use applications, where the material will not be put under much duress. We can supply this particular product in thicknesses ranging from 1mm to 50mm in 20m, 10m or 5m rolls depending on the thickness. We can also produce this material in a variety of formats such as; full rolls, strip cut lengths as well as bespoke gaskets and shapes.
Subject to minimum order quantities, we may be able to manufacture different colours, finishes or grades.
We manufacture our commercial neoprene sheeting using a combination of Neoprene and SBR. This enables us to reduce the cost of the material while still providing desirable physical resistance. The commercial grade material offers high enough levels of strength and flexibility in order to handle everyday applications with ease. We typically supply our commercial grade neoprene for use in simple and light use applications such as; packing protection, dust seals and decorative trim.
