Our WHITE FOOD QUALITY RUBBER SHEETING is a high quality, FDA approved, food safe natural rubber with a hardness of 60° shore. It offers superior abrasion resistance, elongation and break and tensile strength when compared to the synthetic counter parts making it a highly durable alternative. It is commonly found in food applications with other applications being in the pharmaceutical industry as it able to withstand moderate heat applications.
This product offers good resistance against moderate chemicals and wet and dry organic acids as well as alcohols and ketones. It doesn’t perform well in contact with strong acids, greases, oils, ozone exposure or hydrocarbons.
